Try this delicious traditional Lebanese dessert; it is your best choice for dessert when inviting friends for dinner!
Preparation Time: 30 minutes approximately
Cooking Time: 1 hour approximately
Serves: 8 persons
All you need
6 cups milk prepared from al alali Full Cream Powder Milk
1 cup Semolina
1 tsp. rose water
1 pack al alali Cream Delight
al alali Tradition Dessert Syrup or honey
Pistachio for garnishing
Directions
- In a pan, add milk prepared from al alali Full Cream Powder Milk and Semolina over low heat, stir slowly until Semolina is cooked and milk thickens
- Pour milk in serving bowl, let it cool, refrigerate
- Prepare al alali Cream Delight as per directions mentioned on the pack
- Spread the cream on top of cold milk and sprinkle pistachio. Refrigerate
- Cut into cubes and top with al alali Tradition Dessert Syrup or honey
- Serve and enjoy!
